Terms of Service

By accessing or using Health Passport, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Health Passport is a personal health record organizer. You may use it to store, manage, and share your own health documents and those of family members in your care. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@isbergdata.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You may not use Health Passport to store or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures. You may not use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

Health Passport and all related content, trademarks, and software are the property of iSBERGDATA Inc. Your health documents remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

Health Passport is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSBERGDATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba. If you are located outside Canada, local laws may also apply.
